Run the whole shop from one system.

Point of sale, stock, invoicing, payments and accounts for small retailers and wholesalers. Every sale posts its stock movement and its journal entry together, so the books are right without anyone reconciling them by hand.

One system for everything the shop does

Every module below shares one database. Turn on what a shop needs; roles decide who sees it.

Why shops stay on it

The guarantees are enforced in the database, not in the browser.

Getting started

Selling on it inside a day

On the counter, and on the road

It installs from the browser onto the till, a laptop or a phone — no store, no version to chase. Reps take orders and collect payment on the round; the counter keeps selling when the line drops.

About BuildERP

BuildERP grew out of the system that runs a hardware wholesaler day to day — the counter, the credit book, the cheques, the stock. It was rebuilt so many shops can be served from one deployment, each with its own data, its own chart of accounts and its own document numbers.

The parts that matter are enforced in the database rather than the browser: a sale is a single transaction, stock cannot be lost to two cashiers selling at once, and a journal entry that does not balance is refused at commit.

See it on your own stock and your own prices.

Tell us what you sell and how many branches you run. We will set up a shop, load a sample of your items and walk you through a day of trading.
